Just as we know each one of our clients is unique, we ensure that each of our interior designs is unique. We take pride in each home having a distinctive flavor, and rarely using the same piece of furniture or fabric twice.
Our studio represents that same individualized style. With our volumes of fabrics, wallpapers, samples of wood, glass, and flooring at our disposal we carve out beautiful designs for our Residential clients. The Team
About Nikki
Nikki was born in South Africa where her interest in interior décor was piqued at an early age. Her greatest joy as a child was to move furniture around her home and spray paint her mothers particularly unstylish succulents in the garden because they offended her aesthetic.
The vivid and inspiring interiorscape of South Africa fed Nikki’s passions, and she would eventually use the international flavors represented in her South African background to feed her design aesthetic.
After moving to South Florida with her husband, 3 children, and a design philosophy that revolved around her life as a wife and mother; Nikki set up her business focusing on what she believed to be an indisputable fact: each client is unique. With a business based on that core value, she understands that people want to have Interiors spaces that make sense of their personal lifestyle and they do not want to sacrifice a beautiful home for practical living.
Maybe I’m in the business of story-telling. Every client has a unique background, a unique story to tell. I bring these qualities to life through the designs we create, together. All design elements must combine seamlessly and radiate to reflect each client’s headspace, or heartbeat.
- Nikki
She believes that designing a home is not about individual pretty pieces, it’s about weaving a client’s “lifetale” together, ensuring that they are fully represented in the design of the home.
In doing so, Nikki has become exceptional at making what she calls “Creative Connections;” the process of combining complementing or contradicting ideas into fluid, unique and original interior design concepts. It is what makes Nikki’s design philosophy so distinct in her field.
I don’t adhere to a specific aesthetic genre. My specialty is connecting to my clients to uncover who they are, and what would reflect them. I listen. I observe. I create homes that they are connected to and love to be in.

Tess Licameli
Tess was born and raised on Long Island, in New York. She comes from a family with an engineering and construction background. People would say she had an eye for the way things should look and had an itch for creativity. That desire quickly progressed throughout high school. She was eager to use her hands, learned a trade, and developed relationships with her clients as a Professional Cosmetologist. This path supported her while pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Professional Communications and an Interior Design Certification at Metropolitan Institute of Design.
During her college journey, she became heavily involved in several renovations going on in her childhood home. That experience ignited her desire to create spaces for herself and others that made them feel a personalized, practical, and functional oasis. Making the transition from Cosmetologist to Interior Designer helped groom her people skills. This tailored a beautiful blend between professional opinion and clients wants and needs to create a rewarding outcome for both parties.
After exploring different avenues of the field such as architectural design, retail, and staging in New York, Tess was introduced to a whole new innovative approach in South Florida. Her time at Nikki Levy Interiors has challenged the way she thinks about design and has made her eager to produce spaces using 3D renderings with unique and never before seen elements to make her clients comfortable with taking risks in their home to create an extraordinary outcome.
In addition to our exceptional design team, NLI boasts a remarkable support team, including Sara Bugna handling logistics, Linda Jarvis managing procurement, and Robert Rieland as our on-site project manager. These invaluable members of the NLI team guarantee a seamless project experience from start to finish.
